From the Sekisui exhibition at IAA 2025 to their visit to DVN HQ in Levallois in February 2026, only a few months passed before they joined DVN Interior as a new member. We welcome them enthusiastically!
Since becoming part of the DVN Family, Sekisui has been highly proactive, showcasing their innovations at our Shanghai workshop in December 2025.
Mr Masashi Yanai, General Manager of Mobility Strategic Planning at Sekisui Europe as well as Design Studio Director of Advanced New Product Marketing & R&D, presented Sekisui in more detail.
The company is advancing living and mobility environments through the integration of advanced materials, smart surface technologies, and human-centric design principles. Their approach demonstrates how material innovation and system integration deliver scalable, future-ready interior solutions.
Examples include modular interior panels – door panels, pillars, headliners – as well as lightweight composite materials, sensor-integrated surfaces for touch and occupant detection, and ergonomic control surfaces with integrated thermal management.
We look forward to Sekisui’s participation at our DVN workshop in Köln this coming 22 and 23 April, where they will have an expo booth and present their latest developments on stage.
