The new fourth-generation Insight, which symbolizes the spread of Honda’s electric vehicle technology, will be released next month, in April 2026. The first three Insight models were hybrids, but the gen-4 car is a coupé-shaped electric midsize.

The cockpit’s interface is centered around a large head-up display, and it features a slim LCD instrument cluster and and an almost-round steering wheel. The instrument panel is equipped with a large 12.8-inch center display. The vehicle also comes equipped with features that enhance visibility and safety, such as a center camera mirror system and a mirror with a built-in drive recorder.
The car offers a new sense of comfort through a combination of scent, sound, and light, including an aroma diffuser, a Bose premium sound system, and LED ambient lamps. Six different aroma cartridges are available and up to three aroma can be installed. The scent can be selected on the display, allowing you to experience a new sense of driving pleasure with your favorite scent. The LED ambient lamps surround the interior in a line, changing between 12 colors in conjunction with the door opening/closing status and the air conditioning temperature setting, creating a futuristic light effect.

Information necessary for driving is mainly displayed on a large head-up display.

It is equipped with an ‘intelligent heating system’ which warms the seats, door panels, steering wheel, and front, which can be freely set on the large center display.
