Arkema outlined their JEC World 2026 focus around specialty materials, with a strong focus on circularity and industrialization. The circularity top-of-the-line is their Elium® resins (recyclable thermoplastic liquid) showcased via demonstrators and an ecosystem approach to composite recycling (Composite Recycling, Groupe Beneteau, Veolia, Owens Corning, Chomarat).
Bostik (Arkema) presented also Primer Prep DB, described as a thermal activation approach intended to enable debonding so components can be disassembled for repair and recycling without damaging adjacent materials.
