Avatr’s Vision Xpectra concept car was revealed on 7 September, 2025, during Avatr’s Brand Day event in Munich, Germany. This large luxury GT model showcases Avatr’s future design language and technological direction.
Avatar describes it as their first Emotive Intelligent (EI) concept vehicle; the Vision Xpectra is designed to interact with users on an emotional level. It can perceive the surrounding environment and the user’s state, using light sequences for greetings and communication, aiming to establish a deeper connection beyond mere transport.
The car features a sleek silhouette with a prominent grille incorporating vertical matrix LED lighting elements. The glass roof that stretches from the hood to the rear, enhancing the sense of space and openness. The vehicle measures 5,843L × 2,132W × 1,405H mm, with a wheelbase of 3,450 mm. It also introduces Avatr’s first-ever hood ornament.
Called the ‘Panoramic Prism Cabin’, the interior aims to create an immersive and luxurious environment. It has high-quality materials, and incorporates a minimalist design philosophy. A distinctive feature is the ‘Wisdom Light Key’ controller, which integrates touch and gesture recognition for intuitive interaction.

The interior presents with a four-seat independent layout, wherein the seats can be freely rotated or moved. The floating seats are upholstered with soft and resilient ‘bull nappa leather’, and feature inflatable transparent headrests paired with fluorescent yellow 3D-knitted seatbelts. The front and rear rows are connected by a transparent, continuous center console.
The cabin meticulously integrates materials such as Nappa leather, natural straw marquetry, luminous silk, and iridescent-coated curved surfaces, combined with 3D-knitting and adaptive inflatable structures, aiming to create a multi-sensory luxury feast.
Avatr defines this concept car as an ‘Emotional Intelligent (EI) Partner’, seeking breakthroughs in interaction. At its core lies the Emotional Vortex, designed to achieve deep resonance and co-evolution through light, motion, and intuition. The vehicle features an Intelligent Welcome Mode that senses the user’s approach and initiates an emotional ritual through light interaction. The intelligent perception system claims to intuitively read the environment and user state in real-time, enabling emotionally rich dialogue between human and machine.
The Wisdom Light Key integrates touch and gesture recognition, allowing users to effortlessly adjust the autonomous driving level. The Elemental Voiceprint System leverages acoustic waves and particle-light technology, claiming to generate a user-exclusive voice assistant for a fully immersive sensory experience. These interactive designs aim to transform the vehicle from a mere mode of transport into a wisdom partner that claims to understand human emotions and resonate with them.
This concept car was created by Avatr’s Global Design Center in Munich, Germany, led by Chief Designer Nader Faghihzadeh. The center brings together nearly 200 talented creativs from 25 countries. Its design inspiration draws from the ‘Power of Natural Energy’, aiming to convey a sense of seamless connection and multidimensional integration within a new luxury paradigm.
Avatr plans to launch four new models within three years, offering both pure electric and plug-in hybrid powertrains, targeting the premium market segment priced between C¥250,000 and C¥700,000 (about USD $36,000 to $100,000). A production version embodying this concept’s design philosophy is expected to be a new top-of-the-line large six-seater SUV, slated for market release in 2026. By 2030, Avatr aims to introduce 17 new products, including SUVs, MPVs, and sports cars.
