OP Mobility CEO Félicie Burelle is implementing leadership adjustments: Christian Kopp, former President of the Exterior & Lighting business group, is appointed Group Chief Operating Officer, with the mission to focus on customer centricity, as well as strengthening competitivity to drive growth and performance. Kopp will drive OP Mobility’s sales approach, coordinating activities across regions and business groups, bringing customer needs even closer to the core of the group’s operations.
He will also lead the group’s exteriors activity, accelerating synergies and strengthening their integrated product offerings, notably the One4you product line. Reporting to Christian Kopp are these new appointees:
- Christophe Marceau as President of the Exterior & Lighting business group.
- Guillaume Ebner as President of the Modules business group and new member of the Executive Committee.
A new Performance hub is now structured under Christian Kopp’s leadership to boost engineering productivity, program execution, manufacturing excellence, and supply chain efficiency.
Gérald Mentil will report to Kopp, as Chief Performance Officer. Marc Perraudin, Executive Vice-President of Engineering & Programs will report to Kopp, and will continue to report to Félicie Burelle as President of the H2-Power business group. Reporting to Félicie Burelle shall be:
- Marissa West now leads the group’s modules activity in the Americas, in addition to her responsibility as Chair for North America.
- Youssef Souiba continues as C‑Power President, now operating from Asia with the objective to strengthen OPmobility’s presence and organization there.
- Abdul Khaliq, who was appointed Executive Vice-President for Innovation & Software, and joined the Group’s Executive Committee at the end of last year.
