After 22 successful years as Managing Director, Marcus Schurer has initiated a generational change at Germany’s SP3 Schurer Projekte Prototypen Produkte. As of 1 January 2025, the new management duo—Leon Schurer and Mathias Rönnfeldt—took over the management of the company. The management team will be completed by Thomas Kothmayr, who will be responsible for Operations, and Matthias Sauer, who will head up Sales from 1 February.
With this step, Marcus Schurer is sending a strong signal of confidence in the next generation and the future of the company. He will remain at SP3 and continue to support the company with his experience and strategic vision.
