Koito Buy India Subsidiary Shares

Koito’s board of directors have decided to buy all shares of their subsidiary India Japan Lighting, making IJL into a wholly-owned subsidiary. Koito established IJL in 1997 with local partner Lucas TVS to manufacture and sell vehicle lighting equipment.
