Mercedes have just revealed their top-of-the-line MPV, the electric VLE. The lighting system is in line with the technology and design already seen on the GLX and S-Class: next0generation Mercedes Digital Light features microLED technology and a powerful chip, for increased brightness while cutting energy consumption in half.
There’s a reinterpreted, brand-defining grille in various versions depending on equipment line:
- VLE Exclusive: grille with matte silver painted panel including black dots, illuminated chrome frame, upright Mercedes star on the hood.
- VLE Standard: grille with black painted panel, upright Mercedes star on the hood.
- VLE AMG: grille with black painted panel including grey dots, illuminated chrome frame, integrated Mercedes star, AMG front bumper.
A grand, arc-shaped rear light is integrated into the aerodynamic spoiler lip. The light strip frames the rear like an inverted U and integrates all light functions.
The ambient lighting extends throughout the entire vehicle and accentuates the generous interior space. It also showcases the large Sky View panoramic roof in striking fashion.
