MARELLI announced that it has established an external Advisory Board to provide ongoing strategic advice to the MARELLI Board. The Advisory Board will consist of global market experts and will complement the main MARELLI Board by providing specialist counsel and insights, as MARELLI continues to strengthen its position in order to compete and thrive as a global Tier 1 supplier.
Key responsibilities of the Advisory Board include leveraging the members’ global experience and insights to provide counsel on Company strategies. Members will work with the Board to identify relevant developments and trends within the automotive industry that have the potential to influence MARELLI’s long term strategy. In addition, members will aim to broaden MARELLI’s global network, helping to extend its relationships across the industry and support MARELLI in achieving successful integration between Calsonic Kansei and Magneti Marelli.
MARELLI is delighted to appoint Dr. Bernd M. Bohr as the first member of the Advisory Board. Dr. Bohr has vast experience in the automotive industry having held a number of senior executive and non-executive roles. Dr. Bohr spent 14 years as a Member of the Board of Robert Bosch and for 10 years held the role as Chairman Automotive Group, having the responsibility for the global automotive activities of the company..Until 2017, he a served on the Supervisory Board of Daimler
