HAE will become a 100% subsidiary of the Hella Group.
HAE, established 2003 as a Joint Venture, specialise in the development and production of relays for the automotive industry and generates a turnover of €13m with 220 employees. The transaction is regarded by Hella as an important step for further improvements in Hella’s relay business and ensures a successful future development of HAE.
