At the 2026 ALE exhibition, Chipone showed their MiniLED Smart Tail Lamp Module, representative of their MiniLED Smart Interactive Display Driver Chip Series. It has automotive-grade Chipone components including their ICND7001 constant-current LED driver chip, ICND7201 LED scan display row driver chip, and ICND7301 row-column integrated constant-current LED driver chip. It enables independent and precise control of over 2,300 LEDs at the rear of the vehicle. The chips support flexible configuration of 1-to-64 scanning, and feature functions such as real-time LED open/short detection and overtemperature protection. The module achieves customized dynamic interactive effects including welcome/goodbye animations, driving reminders, and brand displays, and supports OTA software upgrades for personalized lighting effects. The product has now obtained ISO 26262 ASIL-B functional safety certification.
Chipone also showcased other products including their 10.1-inch industrial-grade miniLED display module, and automotive-grade components like their full series of LED display modules (P2.5/P3/P4), their ICNL9971 display touch chip, their ICNM7801Q bridge chip, and their IML988x-series power management chips, covering full-scenario demands for in-vehicle displays, exterior interactive light communication, and smart cockpits.
Several of Chipone’s core automotive chip solutions have achieved large-scale mass production and adoption in high-specification models from Chinese automakers including GAC, Geely, Changan, Avatr, Nio, and IM Motors.
