Design and CMF are playing a pivotal role in today’s vehicle development, and the upcoming DVN Interior workshops at Shanghai and Torino will demonstrate and explore this. In preparation, our DVN Design Consultant Andreas Friedrich attended the Konzepthaus Mobility Design Conference, which happened in Munich around the same time as the IAA.
Design is going through a big transformation. Long-separate areas within design departments are converging, and new opportunities are emerging. CMF is becoming more relevant than ever, creating exciting chances for intersection with other areas like UX design. This was the main thread throughout this conference, and this week’s in-depth piece reports on the most important topics related to car interior development. In a way, it’s the end of the ‘world car’ concept, and UX is becoming as important as exterior and interior design.
There are still slots available at our Shanghai workshop, to join confirmed speakers from companies including Avatr, Chery, Dongfeng, FAW Hongqi, Ford, Li Auto, Lynk & Co, Zeekr, Kostal, Hasco Vision, Yanfeng, Forvia, AMS Osram, Brightek, Rebo, Dow, Bcomp, Mocom, S&P, JD Power, and more.
Sincerely yours,
