Former Opel CEO to Chair Hella Shareholder Committee

Carl-Peter Forster, a former CEO of Opel and a BMW veteran, will become chairman of Hella’s shareholder committee. His appointment is expected to be confirmed at Hella’s AGM on 27 September, when the term ends of his predecessor, Manfred
