Special mention for the Keynote from Dr Huhn who described his vision of vehicle lighting. He explained that the lighting industry must start working on completely new lighting functions with the arrival of EVs, AVs, and the spread of car-sharing, giving examples as brand lighting signatures, display to communicate from rear lamps, and lights for communication to pedestrians. He suggested to start very fast working toward regulations which have to integrate these new functions.
