Demo Cars, System Presentations Picked for VISION
The VISION Congress Steering Committee last week selected 26 demonstration and production cars to for the night drives that set VISION apart amongst automotive lighting technical conferences, and also picked out six presentations of cutting-edge technological lighting systems.
The demo-cars represent all the lighting and DA technologies in production and in progress today.
The group includes newly-launched production cars such as the Audi A7 and A8, BMW i8, Citroën DS3, Mercedes CLS, Peugeot 508, and Renault Clio Initiale. A variety of models equipped with 25W HID, various LED setups, matrix and other glare-free high beam systems, spot marking beams, and laser booster beams—not to mention a wide array of ADAS—will be presented. The 26 cars will be driven in 3 different circuits best suited to the test cars.
