Piaggio Prep Low-CO2 Car for Europe, Asia

Best known for their Vespa scooters, Piaggio are preparing to launch a three-person, four-wheel mini car, including a hybrid-powered version, for use in European and Asian cities to overcome traffic congestion, company Chairman Roberto Colaninno said on Tuesday.
