SUMMARY:DVN Munich Working Sessions 2026
DESCRIPTION:Download event flyer\n\n\n\nADD TO YOUR AGENDA\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\nDVN Working SessionsMunich\, February 3\, 2026\n\n\n\nBefore the DVN Munich Workshop on February 4–5\, 2026\, participants have the opportunity to take part in working sessions organized on February 3rd (registration is required). \n\n\n\nROOM 1 — DEEP DIVE INTO AUTOMOTIVE LIGHTING SUSTAINABILITY STAKES \n\n\n\nWe are inviting the lighting community to an open forum to talk about External display on February 3rd\, in Munich\, just before the 2-day DVN lighting event (February 4 & 5) \n\n\n\nThis forum is open to everybody: Contracting parties\, NGOs\, universities\, OEMs\, lighting tier1 and tier2. \n\n\n\nAt DVN\, we fully understand the questions marks about the needs for external display in term of V2X communication for AD vehicles and we know that the technology is ready and already on vehicles in China. \n\n\n\nA lot of investigations have been done in Europe the last 5 years and it would be very beneficial to gather all the initiative and discuss with experts. \n\n\n\nROOM 2 — DEEP DIVE INTO EXTERNAL DISPLAY: STATUS ABOUT RESEARCH FROM INSTITUTE & INDUSTRY \n\n\n\nSustainability has become one of the most important pillar for European OEM\, and lighting has to follow the trend. \n\n\n\nThe goal of the workshop is to take time to gather the lighting community & sustainability specialist to see how to tackle this topic\, to see initiative\, and tackle what is currently missing. \n\n\n\nDVN will present during the main conference on the sustainability session a short summary about the discussion. \n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\nSpeakers presentations\n\n\n\n \n\n\n\n\n\nTo view the presentations\, you must be a workshop participant or a SUMMARY:DVN Shanghai Lighting Workshop 2025
DESCRIPTION:Download event flyer\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\nThe 37th DVN Lighting workshop will take place in Shanghai on October 29-30\, 2025. \nDVN are back in China for the 8th time. This past April\, we witnessed the impressive development speed in China\, the large number of new vehicle reveals\, and the super-crowded event. Now\, six months on\, we sit down and take time\, all together\, to analyze the lighting content presented at the Shanghai auto show\, and to see what’s coming next.So the primary main anchors for the event are speed\, cost\, and technology\, and the theme is Vehicle Lighting Tech\, Cost\, & Speed in China’s Disruptive Market. \nAt the Shanghai auto show\, three lighting trends held my attention: \nPersonalization and gamification in the UX and hardware and software content of interior and exterior lighting; The need for V2X communications – ISDs\, turquoise AD lamps\, etc – especially for vehicles with L2+ or L3 ADAS and AD content; The interior-lighting shift from static solutions focused on wellbeing to sequential solutions to communicate with the driver.Based on these observations\, we are organizing an event at a conference centre where we will have exhibition space\, including a dark room for interior and exterior lighting demonstrations. The vehicle exhibition will be extended\, too\, with more vehicles to see and analyze. \nSessions will include safety\, lighting performance\, light source development (including LED\, mini- and microLED\, OLED\, and laser)\, EE architecture\, regulation\, car body lighting (charging lamps\, lit bumpers · grilles · logos\, ISDs\, road projections)\, lighting for design\, and – for the first time – an interior lighting session. \nYoung designers from the China Academy of Art will present their vehicle lighting design projects and describe how they have integrated lighting into the cars. They will also take part in the panel discussion about vehicle design and lighting needs. \nThis Shanghai DVN Workshop will bring together more than 500 participants from all over the world. Experts\, researchers\, managers\, designers\, engineers…and you! \n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\nSpeakers\n\n\ntesttest\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\nPreliminary Program\n\n\n\n\n	\n \n Tab 1\n \n \n DAY 2\n \n \n Tab 3\n \n \n Tab 4\n \n \n Tab 5\n \n \n	\n \n\n	\n\n\n08:00 am: Registration & Breakfast \n\n\n09:30 am: Opening & Welcome by DVN – Paul Henri Matha\, CEO with: \n\n\n\n\nChina Association of Automobile Manufacturers – Ye Shengji\, Chief Engineer\n\n\nBYD 13th Business Unit/Fudi Lighting – Sun Shixiang\, Vice General Manager\n\n\n\n\n09:45 am: Keynote speeches \n\n\n\n\nAutomobility Limited – Bill Russo\, Founder & CEO: How China’s Digital Ecosystems are Re-Shaping Intelligent Connectivity\n\n\nTrendforce – Joanne Wu\, Assistant Vice President: 2025 Micro/Mini LED Automotive Lighting and Display Trend (Incl.
