February 3 – 2:00 pm | 6:40 pm

DVN Working Sessions
Munich, February 3, 2026
Before the DVN Munich Workshop on February 4–5, 2026, participants have the opportunity to take part in working sessions organized on February 3rd (registration is required).
ROOM 1 — DEEP DIVE INTO AUTOMOTIVE LIGHTING SUSTAINABILITY STAKES
We are inviting the lighting community to an open forum to talk about External display on February 3rd, in Munich, just before the 2-day DVN lighting event (February 4 & 5)
This forum is open to everybody: Contracting parties, NGOs, universities, OEMs, lighting tier1 and tier2.
At DVN, we fully understand the questions marks about the needs for external display in term of V2X communication for AD vehicles and we know that the technology is ready and already on vehicles in China.
A lot of investigations have been done in Europe the last 5 years and it would be very beneficial to gather all the initiative and discuss with experts.
ROOM 2 — DEEP DIVE INTO EXTERNAL DISPLAY: STATUS ABOUT RESEARCH FROM INSTITUTE & INDUSTRY
Sustainability has become one of the most important pillar for European OEM, and lighting has to follow the trend.
The goal of the workshop is to take time to gather the lighting community & sustainability specialist to see how to tackle this topic, to see initiative, and tackle what is currently missing.
DVN will present during the main conference on the sustainability session a short summary about the discussion.
