What’s a good light?
What headlight does a car really need? Which are the best technological choices? The question is misleading. The suitable and safe light does not depend so much on the car but on its use. Halogen is a reasonable good light for a city car or for roads at speeds under 100km/h. Is it good enough for country roads or highways? As the study carried out by TÜV Rheinland-BAST in Germany has demonstrated, the number of nighttime accidents on rural road would be reduced by roughly 60% and total traffic deaths by 18% if all vehicles would be equipped with Xenon Lights!
