AEB & SAFETY ASSESSMENT WORKSHOP - FMVSS 127, AUTOPILOT/L2+
DVN Sensing & Applications is organising again its AEB Workshop in Detroit, focused on the new FMVSS 127 rule of NHTSA which defines scenarios for Pedestrian AEB at night. These specifications will apply in 2029 to all cars. The workshop aims to look at the performance and competitiveness of the different technologies, including camera, Radar, IR and Lidar that might be required to meet the new standard and consider safety, validation and integration challenges. The experts of the two DVN communities (Lighting and ADAS) will have the unique opportunity to meet and confirm their expectations.
New this year: the workshop will also consider the AEB performance of “Autonomous Driving” modes (Autopilot/L2+ and beyond)
