Image sensor specialist OmniVision Technologies have won multiple design contracts for their AutoVision line of CMOS image sensors with Valeo.
The sensors will be used in advanced vision systems Valeo will provide to many of Europe’s largest car manufacturers and their suppliers.
Valeo are integrating OmniVision sensors into a variety of advanced vision systems for automotive safety and driver assistance programs, including rearview cameras, parking assistance systems, side view and surround view systems.
