ArvinMeritor tier 2 suppliers in Western Europe are in greater financial trouble than their U.S. counterparts, says Crain’s Detroit Business.
Phil Martens, head of the company’s light vehicle systems unit, tells the newspaper that it worries most about suppliers in France and Germany. He claims suppliers in Europe are at higher risk of filing for bankruptcy than their U.S. counterparts.
